The Water Bungalow Wellness of 645 sq ft  has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, fully equiped kitchen, luxurious bathroom and a separate toilet. From the spacious living room you have an incredibly beautiful and unobstructed view of the vast landscapes of North Holland. The plot and yard are laid out with high-quality materials in beachlook style and offer lots of privacy. Additionally, various (patio) terraces have been laid out and the yard has exclusive sustainable outdoor lighting and a private parking space directly at the house. Step from the house directly into your own wellness spa. The spa bath is built into the ground with hardwood decks all around. The kitchen is fully equipped and has built-in electrical appliances from the quality brand AEG. This bungalow is located on the outer edge of the resort. If you opt for a home along the outer edges of the resort, you will be able to enjoy a breathtaking and unobstructed view. The house is also equipped with sustainable electric heating and air conditioning, as well as a luxurious tiled flooring throughout the house. All homes are sustainably developed, energy efficient and excellently insulated.
